Rhett is an unethical CEO.

Look at all the cheap shares he sold to his family and friends.

Buys a company without audited financials.

There are other things.

Also if he doesn't win the lawsuit, they will have to issue many shares and or take on debt.


Appears to me they are headed down the road to ch.11 filing and or a reverse split. Regardless of what Rhett implies.

The stock sells for .0038, just shows what investors think of the future for BZWR. And confidence they have in Rhett.

A 3 million dollar payment is due in 3/24
