Let's get one thing straight regarding SP and where we sit right now. The SP is dictated by MM's/Hedge Funds right now and no amount of buying and selling by traders is going to shift the needle. The SP only benefits those that are trying to exit short positions and any retail investor that decides to go long or long time shareholders that decide to extend their positions. There are enough new shares trickling out to enable the MM's to cover any new long positions where they need to locate shares. The MM's never need to locate shares for traders and they know they can attract trading by shifting the SP up 10-30% at any given time and then chase it back down to force exits. They will of course hope that it attracts some short term selling by longs when they make these moves.
The only problem they will face now that the majority of shares are held by a devout long shareholder base is shifting real shares from Retail to Institutions when NWBO finally makes it's moves. How high a price will long term shareholders accept when the realization hits the market that a new paradigm has entered the fray and biologics become the future of medicine with of course Dendritic Cells being the core of this revolution.
We will continue to hear of low ball pricing from those employed by MM's/Hedge Funds to try and shift the enormous future profits of such a company into the hands of an already extremely wealthy elite. It will be imperative that all longtime shareholders recognize the truly lifechanging wealth that their families can gain from being such early participants in such an incredible scientific breakthrough.
Dendritic style vaccines will conquer innumerable diseases that plague mankind in an incredibly friendly way and it is up to us current shareholders to hold our ground and stay invested in what will become known as the biggest scientific breakthrough in human medicine. We owe it not only to ourselves but all our family and friends to make sure that the wealth generated by this breakthrough is not stolen by an already obscenely wealthy elite.
If the retail base holds it's ground we will see an incredible SP rise when Institutions start banging at the door for those shares. Many games will be played to try and steal your shares and it is close to the time where we as shareholders need to recognize the true value and not be duped into accepting anything less than what our families deserve.
Some current board members have been kind to post their views on what SP values should be after approval but they are not even close if Dendritic Cell's become the master of future human medicine. Some early selling is inevitable for many but make sure it is at a fair price and not a gamed price. Sell the fewest shares possible because there will never be a better investment once Dendritic Cells become the recognized king of immunotherapy.
