I have to disagree somewhat LongJumper.
As for our shares of EVSY, if we have to print 24,000,000 shares of EVSY to give to Big Apple or 7,500,000 to FM then that will indeed affect the share price of EVSY and maybe HISC if any cash payouts are required. I do see little impact on HISC's share price though as a result of EVSY settlement.
