Good morning people, DB4D, IMHO. toots at times have to move and use capital even the lowest amounts needs to be placed somewhere until a super deal is put together by them, any how it’s the larger amounts shs % wise held by the toots that really counts the common holder/ Retail is but a pimple on a fleas arsh lol , The boyzzzz can pass anything they want , COOP-and the toots just goes along with SEC info requirements ,it’s already a done deal before info to retail
