cj, a powerful video! You could search video files from about 2010, back to the beginning of moving pictures and not find the number of mob violence, that now exist. thanks to Obama and Holder.
I'll use a term that has been popularized. They "weaponized" mob violence with their reaction to the Ferguson, MO riots---in a small town.

Michael Brown was a thug that attacked a white cop. Should have been case closed, that day. But Holder put 40 FBI agents, in Ferguson , the next day.

Then came George Floyd---
