you have to give them that - they NEVER miss an opportunity to knock the stock back down if it manages to engage in anything resembling a rally. here they seem to aim for two knocks, first by announcing a coming share issue in general terms without saying how many will be issued, which will in due course be followed by another announcement with details, that will probably knock the stock down a second time (depending on sentiment toward the sector at the time of course).
