Not just any NDA Bourbon, look for disease “modification” NDA’s. Imo they have not gone the extra step of genomic paneling for the sake of saving their arse like some here postulate but rather a confirmation through genetic alteration improving the disease. The recent PDD data that was shared showed the footprint of the road traveled and I agree with others that our AD data is looking at being “contextualized” in the same way.

So, my question is, is it a traditional symptomatic releif NDA or a disease modification NDA and if it IS the latter in each disease will one’s efficacy support even more then the next NDA in the eyes of the FDA?
