Those following this doctor's advice are likely in bad shape. His own wife caught Covid and is now suffering from Long Covid. I feel confident he was advising her as well. This is documented in the doctor's own posts on Twitter.

There are many examples on Twitter of doctors advising patients with Long Covid to exercise more, which almost always has disastrous results for the patient.

That's not saying all doctors are giving bad advice, but it is clear from the thousands of Twitter posts I've read regarding Covid and Long Covid that MANY of them are not very well informed, even if their intentions are to help the patient.
