Where? Literally right in the filing earlier in the week.

Everything is going to SAGA as it currently stands and has been relayed to us. Of course something may change, but as is right now this week, that’s what they told us.

If 100% of the company weren’t going to SAGA, then why did they specify that ENZC (post dividend payout) will have “zero assets” and “zero operations”.

IF Clone 3 wasn’t part of this deal and was staying with ENZC, then they wouldn’t have stated “zero assets” bc that clearly would still be one hell of an asset.

I don’t know why people aren’t understanding all this when they are telling us in black and white where this currently stands.
