Lol, of course he was lying its what OTC CEO's do, its what they have to do now, more so now than at anytime before in the past when it comes to the OTC. $$ isn't free anymore so hedges are playing here with the level of risk in these tickers. Maybe someday, but not anytime soon. The OTC come next year will see an unprecedented amount of tickers die and many that live will have to do R/S in order to dilute to raise more cash to live, especially companies with a CEO taking a salary. Ugly times for this market. GL
