Dear Gang-of-7 member Codelco President Máximo Pacheco, had you simply taken US$673M out of that US$1.54B you just gave to finance Minister Mario Marcel & Michele's Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric (also in the Gang-of-7) then you could have easily bought your way into LPI if you had also lowered your controlling interest down to something reasonable/pragmatic less than 49%. André Sougarret probably well knew your stupido plan to take over lithium miners with no equity investment in them was going to be rightly perceived as government-sanctioned theft of private property and that might have been the main reason he quit Codelco and quit you disgusting slop-eating pig that you are.

We also note your contribution to the Chilean treasury of US$1.54B for 2023 is 63% lower than Codelco's contribution to the treasury in 2021... I am going to predict that your days at running Codelco are coming to an abrupt end within 6 months. I would start working on my golden parachute out of Codelco if I was you tubby.
