The company (Sorcia Minerals) is a subsidiary of the North American Ensorcia Metals Corporation. In turn, Ensorcia Metals is the majority shareholder of International Battery Metals (IBAT), whose direct lithium extraction technology is the one it offers to start operations in Chile, and if memory serves me right it is IBAT who wants to JV with our neighbor in Maricunga... SIMCO

Is Sorcia/IBAT planning to set up their DLE modular equipment on SIMCO property or on Codelco property? That is going to be a very important question to have answered.

And obviously we will need to watch this "development" as it unfolds.
