No, Woodford held onto his shares until they wrapped up his fund. I said many times, if he disliked the company and thought it were anything like what bears claimed, he’d have had a fiscal responsibility to liquidate. And the notion that they locked him from ever selling because he “knew something” is just false. Funds and investor money do not work that way. He’s just a caretaker. What he learns does not lock in his investors and there are many ways to address that and every normal fund would be able to deal with it unless they were a criminal syndicate, which he was not.


LP is a hero, and will be celebrated, despite the bears wishing otherwise.
