So if you could clarify.. once the deal closes.. we retain our current shares.. then 6m later we get the saga shares.. now is the amount of saga shares we get based on the deal closing date.. or the amount we have date 6 months later.. ? Thank you for any clarification. Im not very astute on financial verbiage. Thanks in advance.
