I am not sure why anyone would be interested in a buyout this early in the game. Unless someone wanted to pay $1000 per share, I’m willing to wait to see how this plays out. Given what we have dealt with since those bump ups in 2021 and the subsequent drop down to $3.88, as long as the company is moving forward and announcing agreements, I want to wait.
