Well, this is what we get for having an Attorney as our CEO.
This is still one complicated transaction due to the time lines, and all the moving parts. I think the Pros and the Cons share equal measure of concern, and justification for their opinions.
The one line of thought that has seemed to evade most at this point in regard to the multiple time lines being discussed .
Let’s say they move from Non Binding to an actual agreement in the next month, or month and a half considering maybe one more Saga extension. And the dividend is paid 6 months there after. Between the time the deal is signed and and the dividend is calculated and distributed the results from testing in Africa come pouring in with positive results. What does everyone think will happen to our current ENZC shares, as well as the SAGA shares?
I think they will both go thru the roof proportionally. The educated ones will be buying the ENZC commons for a quick flip. Knowing it’s over post dividend.
And some of our current the long term shareholders along with the new institutional investors will be buying SAGA for the hold , and hopefully the Moderna run.
Quite honestly I’m more in Timing and Cat’s camp thinking Macro, instead of Mega and Dyno’s camp thinking Micro. I respect all mentioned .
Hey Like everyone else I’m a little butt hurt as well as this wasn’t really the bag of beans I bought into back in 2020. No Audited Fins, No up list. Well at least not the way we were told .
I see it as a safe and steady way to get to the NSDQ.
I still believe in the science. I believe we’re going to get great results out of Africa.
I hope we will still get a Giant Run before our 6 months to the dividend gets here.
So there might be one more big flush as far as current shareholders looking to get out and forgo their dividends
Then one will have to to decide wether to bounce out with the flippers (and pay longer cap gains on you current holdings) of ENZC. Or stay with SAGA , the PIPE and institutional investors for the reset, and long haul.
