Once you hire lawyers to senior staff and board positions, I think you will find, you can never get rid of them.

Lawyers were hired to replace oil men back in 2018/2019 to handle the SEC investigation and the lawsuits. That was necessary to control costs, but those days are over. Now that they are on staff, Zion Oil will never get rid of them.
