To heck if it is. Amps = Volume. Voltages = pressure. No car is above a 12v system because 44v is enough to break the resistance of the skin. That's real science. Even basic auto mechanics know this stuff. Yet people can burn themselves on shorting a circuit in a car because the arc is of high thermal capacitance and more conductive than the metal it's arc'ing across itself.

You guys are just wordsmithing your way around this.

Basic science disputes it all.
