I'll give ST3 credit when it comes to Tuskegee. We've received multiple PR's over the last 18 months since its initial announcement. A shareholder call will go a long way once construction starts detailing the plan in Tuskegee and a plan to build elsewhere.

I don't know how much money it will take to keep VuMe operational after it launches, but I'm assuming he just doesn't have the money for it at this point. I doubt the only thing keeping it from launching is money for a marketing campaign... but maybe.
