If this breaks into 7's "Hold on to your hats folks!" this could be ready to take a flyer!!

the likelihood of a Tech Transfer Agreement is VERY HIGH at this point, in fact, I believe it quite likely that more than just one Tech Transfer Agreement will get done in 2023, I'd bet there will be TWO or THREE Tech Transfer Agreements done yet in 2023, and even just one Tech Transfer Agreement at a Small Foundry would be enough to catapult LWLG to profitability in 2024 by increasing the SAM/SOM numbers from the ASM presentation!!!

here are some of FACTS that Investors know already:

1) Lebby has been working with 5 to 7 Foundries for about 2 years now, and possibly even more

2) Average turnaround times depending on Foundry size are 6 to 9 months meaning Lebby has been through several iterations of PDK formulations at each Foundry at this point

3) LWLG's tech is 100% compatible with CMOS and Lebby has reported excellent results on Chips coming out of the Foundries

4) Lebby has also reported EXTREMELY HIGH YIELDS, and it has now been disclosed in a Patent that Lebby has had a Poling Process Improvement that was discovered some 2 years prior that GREATLY ENHANCED what Shorts claimed to be an insurmountable task in mass production and likely ENABLED these EXTREMELY HIGH YIELDS that Lebby had been reporting already!!
