When you repeatedly post that 2.227B are "already out," aren't you just reporting MIKP's A/S? This is common knowledge. See, for instance: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MIKP/security. Because you post this over and over again, I was curious whether you are insinuating something more than just reporting a well-known, easily-verified number.

Incidentally, one other interesting fact about the share structure here is that MIKP has only increased its O/S by 3% in the past 11 years. Of course, the slow increase was due to being on the grey markets for much of that time. But the slow rate of increase helps to clarify the extent to which MIKP has had very little access to capital for a very long time. When people ask for explanations for why MIKP hasn't become a major TV/film producer, this is one reason.

Indeed, the CEO has had to self-fund this for years. And despite MIKP being down in the greys, he stuck by his shareholders and delivered to them an SEC-registered company that is OTC pink current, no convertible debt, only a modest amount of debt to the CEO, and some amazing IP with some very interesting projects underway as listed in the Form 10-12g.
