They haven't released financials because they are horrific. Revenues way down, loss way up.

By letting the share price go to below .0010 and not filing they drop to the pinks and then don't have to report anything. No financials, no press releases.
It makes it much easier when you don't have to answer to anyone.
And the company has a faithful crew on this board that keeps buying the new shares it issues.

For GC, everything is great. Not so, for his shareholders though.
