O Almighty Creator, I humbly beseech thee to bestow upon me the divine gift of your Spirit. Grant me the spirit of wisdom, that I may discern right from wrong, the spirit of understanding, that I may comprehend the mysteries of your creation, the spirit of counsel and might, that I may make sound decisions and take decisive action, and the spirit of knowledge and fear of the Lord, that I may walk in your ways with reverence and humility.
