First off this nonsense about the 90% was discredited but like many specious arguments if it gets repeated maybe folks will believe it.

As your own quote shows the 90% addresses a limited issue and it is not like there was any real ability for shareholders to make a counter offer on compensation.

Also a significant number of shareholders who reject management’s overall approach rewarded them for having finally released TLD over two years late. As one of these, I voted my shares with the 90% on the compensation so I guess I’m a management supporter too, right? I also assisted another family member who inherited their shares from the one who died waiting in vain over three years ago to vote similarly. Maybe they’re a supporter too.

Adding to that, the vote took place 6 or 7 months ago and NWBO shareholders have had a whole lot of nothing since.

I think that a vote taken in the warm glow of recent TLD release (even if the SP increase or lack of increase reduced that feeling) is not indicative of shareholder support in early July 2023 in a context where once again we have no clue where we are except that oh NWBO said they were strategically going to do something in 2023. The problem is that NWBO loves abandoning even their already hazy plans with no warning and always to our detriment, hence the disquiet.

Maybe this time will be different since a broken clock is right twice a day.
