I was investing in a merger BANJ & Spectrum King LED. A REAL CO, with real history, with real profits that are STILL in business today. Hard to say where this would be if that would have happened. I think it would be doing BETTER than this POS. Kind of like those who invested in BANJ/XERI merger except SP was real. Or for the XTI (failing real co) merger deal that NEVER happened. Or any of Duffy's other failures!!!!

All DD on SK proved true, really wish that deal would have materialized. All DD I did here on XERI that pointed to SCAM was scoffed at. You call it luck, I call it a blessing and give thanks for it everyday and for living in the USA. The greatest country in the WORLD!!!!!

BTW since you believe in luck. I have found that it is always better to be lucky than good. You beat skill but you can't beat luck.
