You have at least 20 people with at least a million shares that they pump and dump. Not to mention what they dump on an upward pps on a PR. They are taking anything that gives them +5% and then blame the MMs to encourage others they are getting a raw deal to sell. That’s why it doesn’t get over .05. It is rinse and repeat, until the PR comes where the pps won’t drop. Stay tuned, will be soon.
