That's a very strange communication from Kelly. And when info comes from "BIEL" it comes from Kelly, IMO, because I think she is the last Officer standing.

That $60 ActiPatch website is not actually selling anything -- it's just one graphic -- so techinally she is not marketing ActiPatch. Regardless, she could put her $60 Actipatch website online and let the Chairman (Staelin) and others see it while not making it public. A high school student could set that up for Kelly if she can't figure out how. So her explanation is baloney.

But I can't understand why Kelly won't give a straight answer to a simple question. Of course KT Tape's agreement is not terminated. They just changed their design to 720 hours and they are obviously still SELLING which they could not do without an agreement. The question about their no-compete CLAUSE remains unanswered. I'd be inclined to agree with your "implied answer" if Kelly didn't have such a proclivity for ambiguous answers.

I think all of the following are true:

* The Corporation Forfeiture is NOT the fault of Maryland
* Nalepka is NOT the VP of Sales at BIEL
* Synergy was just a simple Distribution Agreement with no guarantee of sales
* KT Tape lost their no-compete clause

But ask Kelly a direct question about ANY of these and she replies with a riddle. It's like a game.
