Hmmm, this is indeed an impressive commission of people/politicians/experts assembled in one place to produce the "high consensus" on the super-money-making development of hydrogen in Chile. Ya know, I would not be surprised to hear that Boric also gives this commission the responsibility to formulate a new more-inclusive "high consensus" on lithium if the NLC faces stiff congressional opposition this fall of 2023 or in fact gets voted down in Congress this November/December. This advisory commission could turn out to have some serious non-partisan muscle in policy formulation.
