Yeah...but there are 9.3B shares in the Unrestricted that can be traded regardless of Matty boy not diluting. Also peeps like the Hearing Assist fools are no doubt DUMPING out of this CON as fast as they can with their third tranche of restricted shares.


Actually, Mattyboy is now legally prohibited from issuing new shares under the TRO.
