Actually, Mattyboy is now legally prohibited from issuing new shares under the TRO.

INND had until yesterday to put in evidence to have the TRO lifted at a hearing on July 12.

It looks like even if he fights it, he will be unsuccessful---

SO, NO MORE DILUTION FOR NOW!!!

and THEREFORE,, he's heading for bankruptcy REAL FAST,, because we all know that's the only way he pays the bills!!

Look for big discounts on hearing aids in the coming months,, until he runs out of supply,, cuz he needs to pay the lawyers now to fight this lawsuit
