Mike the Pike Productions (MIKP) is an SEC-registered, OTC Pink Current Information stock with 2.2B shares outstanding and an A/S of 5.1B. At the current price of $0.0009, the market cap is $2M. It recently became SEC-registered and in June moved from the grey market to OTC Pink Current. The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary named Arowana (which is a pike-like Amazon fish). MIKP, through Arowana, owns the movie and TV rights to Vampirella, Wish, Silverwing, and the Ella Clah mysteries. Several important developments regarding these properties were listed in the Form 10-12g/a. The company had promising IP 10-12 years ago, but little came of that once the company was relegated to the grey market. The CEO stuck by MIKP's shareholders, self-funding the acquisition of these new properties and self-funding the SEC registration (perhaps borrowing some of the $$ he needed to do so). It is not a well-funded company and has few employees, but the IP it owns is amazing.
