Dilution should be done with revenue around the corner.

If dilution is done Sayona, needs to do an ADR and move to the NYSE.

That way institutional investors, in the US can buy, and other retail buyers will come, when the foriegn fees are gone.

The sooner the better.

The people that hate the big float can stop complaining.
