Well, I'll be damn... I think SONAMI might actually finally be growing a set of balls and do an "end run" around all the old-line bureaucrats/politicians to go straight to the Constitution Rewrite II convention members to get a concession-able minerals list declared/approved.

Wow, if indeed SONAMI is going to fight for Lithium then this changes the whole ballgame in our favor. I am going to take a wild guess but I will bet Julio Ponce (and Family) are in part behind this strategic/shrewd political move/effort.
