That's a riddle, not an answer. They say Nalepka didn't resign a position and he wasn't terminated, but why can't they give a straight answer: is Nalepka performing the job of Sales VP at BIEL, yes or no?

And if he is still VP of Sales at BIEL, why did he remove that from his LinkedIn profile?

And is he really performing the job of Sales VP at two companies? VLMS is OK with that? What kind of job does Nalepka have at VLMS where they would allow him to simultaneously perform a full-time VP job at another company?

Kelly's going to have to give a straight answer when/if she files the Q2 financials.
