“HV and GH two peas from a pod, is what it sounds like, and if true, how can any shareholder trust anybody with MAXD, anymore????”

This is a strange statement all the way around. The first part, “Two peas in a pod,” is delusional. The definition, “so similar as to be indistinguishable,” is nowhere near the truth. Harvey Vechery and Greg Halpern are at opposite ends of the biological spectrum. Halpern would like them to be stuck in the same pod, for financial reasons, but they’re not even in the same plant cycle. Halpern may consider himself to be a botanical fruit, but comparing himself to Vechery is not going to take root. As is the case with all plants, they can be irradicated. Halpern’s perineal life cycle in the Vechery pod has ended.

As to shareholders trusting anyone with MAXD anymore, you may be right. Halpern destroyed the trust between himself and the shareholder base with his self-serving actions and continual deceptions. Not to mention his arrogant attitude toward shareholders. That can never me repaired. However, that has nothing to do with Harvey Vechery as he was nothing more than the lender and a shareholder. But comments such as this one will impact the shareholder mindset. Not sure what Halpern’s motivation is here, but I’m sure it’s part of his agenda.

“No; I think there are talks happening, imo....An opinion is like, well, everybody has one....” Because doctored audio tapes were played on the uncontrolled, unmonitored, mafip site, reality is temporarily suspended and the belief that talks are happening takes hold. Even though said talks are not happening. By the way, stating “imo” (in my opinion) before making pronouncements which have been debunked does not disconnect one from the statement. It may offer some form of legal protection but, taken with the entire body of evidence posted, this looks to be nothing more than an attempt to post thoughts and disclaim them at the same time. This “having it both ways” approach seldom works in the long run. Just more old marketing tricks.
