“Halpern has engaged in conduct in his capacity as a director of defendant Max Sound constituting fraudulent or dishonest acts or gross abuse of authority or discretion with reference to the corporation.” Those words, included in the judgment signed by the Honorable Judge Timothy Taylor, are not “excuses,” nor are they “distractions from the truth.” They are the words of the court carved in legal stone. Shareholders should keep these words in mind when reading about the imaginary “live” phone conversations described by Halpern.

What would be “relevant” is for the content of each post to be analyzed and debated. The words are important. Not condescending titles or adolescent insults. Why is it that each time comments are posted the attack is directed at the messenger instead of addressing the actual message that was posted? It’s nothing more than classic Halpern deflection. Don’t have answers to the hard questions? Deflect by pointing the bony finger in any direction. The IHUB readers and MAXD shareholders who contact me are not fooled by this tactic.

Empty rhetoric will never win the hearts and minds of shareholders and investors. That want the truth. They want facts. 14 years of false promotions, failed relationships, and fake news made sure of that fact. As far as the court was concerned, that’s three “F’s” and you’re out. The word of Greg Halpern has been weighed and measured. That means his words no longer carries weight, and he is not trusted as a messenger.
