The Forbes article, regrettably, feels mostly on the mark. I have never believed in huge amounts of naked shorting of the stock



The Forbes article made a general statement that no naked shorting exists. It wasn't specific towards NWBO. The conclusion of the article runs counter to numerous settlements and criminal cases. I have no idea how many naked shorts are in nwbo. Naked shorting appears hard to prove, hence why our lawsuit goes after spoofing. You don't spoof the amount nwbo has been spoofed without a significant short position, imo. Other than this point zi generally agree with your post, but I would say spoofing has likely had a negative permanent effect on the SP.
