I sold out some freebies yesterday to feel like I won after 7+ years. Charles Schwab website and app wouldn't let me sell and I had to call in even after going below the under 1,000,000 trade limit. Tried 999,999 and got popup to call the trade in. Called in and spent 45 minutes until finally transferred to a licensed broker who also had issue placing the sell. He said he had never seen that before and created an internal ticket for the errors. He came back and ran a trade for 999,999 which most of them all popped up via notifications as 20,000 shares each and then as 1 share by itself to stay under the 1,000,000.

Then said since it took so long and errors on CS side, he would waive all fees/commissions. Right after I got off the phone, I checked my account history and there was a charge for $145. I did the chat option via website and after a back and forth, the rep said that the $145 was charged in error and he submitted an adjustment request for it. Still haven't seen the adjustment.

Has anyone else dealt with Charles Schwab and the 1 million share threshold? He also had a comment in the beginning on there is a charge for trading each share and normally nobody notices as it was .0001 per share. That is a lot if they do on these penny stock.
