In my opinion absolutely not. As they start to sign deals and add the magic they will quietly go to an Amazon or NVDA and demonstrate the high performance less power requirement smaller size without telling their competition how they are doing this. Remember that some of Tier 1's have directed Lightwave to work with a specific foundry (their guy), I'm sure the deals between the Foundry and the Teir1s specifies shhhhhhh secrecy. Most likely the Tier1's are paying for the foundry runs, and engineers not LWLG.

I still say that we will see some kind of merger or takeover attempt in the not-so-distant future that will hit us from out of the blue and for goodness sakes I'm not saying next Tuesday at 10:00. These guys are always 3 steps ahead of us. As info that decision is entirely in the hands of the Board of Directors, not the shareholders and yes there is poison pill.

X, just sit back and wait guys, no hurry, the more value that is added and the more players working with it the better off we will be. I totally want the decision to sell my shares to be out of my hands, I trust the BOD to do what is right. We do not know what they know, even though some think they do.
