Just as a followup. I believe you are totally correct on the assumption that fresh not frozen is used in the U.K. now and that this is the case for all who have been from the UK heading to the local centers to get leukopheresis done have no need to freeze the product. I believe that the import export license will likely lead to a frozen leuk process adjustment as one of the original issues was safe transport times for Cognate to be able to service Europe. I am pretty sure they have solved the thawing crystallization and resulting cell death issue for blood product transport as that would also affect the finished vaccine which is cryo preserved.
