Maybe the truth hurts. Greg Halpern “looted” the shareholders. The judge said that when he removed Halpern from the company. Halpern owes Vechery millions of dollars. Halpern lied to Vechery and manipulated him. Halpern registered websites and posted defamatory statements about Vechery. Halpern used slander, libel, and the tactics his ex-girlfriend described in her deposition, “bullying, retaliation, retribution, extortion plots, and blackmail” in an attempt to extort money from Vechery. He has his ex-girlfriend dig up dirt on Vechery that Halpern could use. Her words.
Vechery spent time, effort, and probably a great deal of money removing Halpern from the company. And now he’s going to set that all aside and forget who caused all that pain? Let me just ask the question outright, for anyone to answer. Why would Harvey Vechery want to do business with a man with no morals, ethics, or values? You don’t have to have a personal relationship with Harvey Vechery to know that there would be hesitancy to work with someone who has already caused him to lose so much money. Along with all the associated mental anguish.
