IMO this is what Enzolytics will have the patents. Patents were filed under Enzolytics not the two subsidiaries from what I am finding. If true then Saga deal would be for the two companies to lease the rights from Enzolytics. If someone can find anything stating the two companies being sold by Enzolytics has filed for any patents please post, I have not been able to find any applications for the two subsidiaries , only Enzolytics. Below are a few of the post that clearly states Enzolytics patent pending filings. It appears that SAGA will put the companies together and carry on the work while Enzolytics manages partnering or licensing technology and royalties.IMO GLTA
