Merger, yes, on at least 2 of my earlier stocks, the Pumpers always talked about "Mergers" and Buyouts! Of course when they had nothing to sell or merger with, things never worked out!! Even one of my Biopharma stocks with a whole line of clinical trials pertaining to Mrna based Vaccines and Therapies, never worked out despite all the progress!

The Non-disclosure thing means nothing as a product isn't enough to present to Co's! Sorry to argue the point, but who, MR. Know it all, and I ask you to think for a change, who would ask for a Non-disclosure unles crtc managed to make an IP deal with some prominant large Company?? Talking about it now is like looking under your pillow, (You probably did it a few times,) and expecting a potfull of Gold to just fall onto your lap! One of my Co's Br--- has about 20, and counting, NDAs with various large Co's one of them is known, whose name is FO-- M----s!

Good luck w your calculating! Bound to make you look dumb! They don't even work with long existing large Co's! GLTA...
