Most forget that every time the SAGA B.O.D elects to extend, their bylaws state that $57,k has to be add to the share holders equity bucket. You would think they would want to get this deal done ASAP.

That alone blows the SPAC scam out of the water. But don’t tell I-Glow , as it will cause him to lose half of his bashing material. I mean really , why would a SPAC or any one looking to do a business combination with an OTC scam willingly piss away that kind of cash.

If the price goes any lower, I’m going to need a bigger boat.
