Honest, sure. No funding, delay after delay, lost business, trying to start up a pharma facility with no funding and even worse, diminished revenues.

No licenses, no state approval, no fda approval or cgmp approval yet, limited equipment installed, no employees hired, no dilution, no timelines stated for anything just "we'll let you know," no gabapentin, no marketing company, no, no, no.

Basically we could go back into the last 2 years PR's, and show how today's PR basically negated several of them.

This PR today was just kicking cans down the road for several more months. Not surprising. Oh well.
