3 cups dry bread crumbs ( just use the whole loaf and wing it) 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp dried parsley ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried basil ¼ cup vegetable oil (I don’t add the oil)
Bake the bread, then slice it up. I let the slices dry out over night or longer, you want them really dried on the racks in my oven. Grind up the slices in a food processor or blender.
