I think this will involve the 500,000 shares with "the intention" of selling the 268,000 shares "at some point" down the road, not necessarily right now...it's just a necessary pre-announcement....so this might cover selling once he EXERCISES....which might include next year 2024 (appx 73,000 shs) for some and more in 2025 (another 500,000 shs).....so, bottomline:

He "might keep them all" for now....we'll know in the next few days!!!!

I find this bullish certainly NOT bearish
