agree with most of that.
buyback will create interests and buys but RS creates hesitation and a waiting game. having Rick mention both might be why we see the odd back and forth.
on it's face ByoPlanet looks completely legit and a well established business that has actual proof of product, sales and usage of said products. The Merck, USEI, MLB and Peach Belt conference only add to that legitimacy.
it all depends on what Rick does and how it is delivered. I would be buying at every turn if only a buyback was spoken of, but i believe so would many others. My hesitation is the RS, I don't know the size (expecting 1:100) we don't know when and that's why i shed some of my shares down to 9.5 million, which is what i'm comfortable losing at this point if things go south and i'll also profit nicely if it turns north because of some major news, I'd love to hear Rick come out and rescind the RS announcement but I think once they have all their ducks in a row to buyback shares, they'll want it as low as possible to maximize the amount of money they are comfortable to use.
that's the only reason i can see him mentioning a RS so early on and not saying the ratio or anything else about it. EVERYONE knows the min you open that door it has a negative effect on PPS.
