It's a guessing game but I know you and others have spoken to him personally. How much is Rick allowed to reveal without infringing on some kind of insider trading regulation? That's where it gets a bit fuzzy for me.

Obviously if the RS happens after a buyback, these levels provide an unbelievable opportunity. That may already be the case. Again you have to wonder why Merck would even give them a chance if they were nothing, along with the USEI, and now the Peach Belt Conference, trusted by MLB, and so on.

Sure, there are competitors - but if they have a solid foothold in the industry and can get a piece of the pie, I think this works out well for us.
