Sam had some valid points early on but his last comments were that the company had resolved most of the issues. I think he said that there was still unclear info on the class B shares but I that those shares are there to prevent a hostile takeover. I’m waiting along with everyone else. I’m sure that there are talks with the OTC behind the scenes. Let’s all hope and pray that it gets resolved soon.
